Peloponnese has long been recognized for establishing high quality, brine-cured Greek olives in the U.S. All olive varieties are hand-harvested from small farms (many of these trees are hundreds of years old). The curing process is conducted according to our specifications. We go the extra mile for flavor and product integrity.



  • Sprinkle grated parmesan, Roasted Sweet Peppers and minced Kalamata Olives on fish fillets, chicken or turkey breasts before broiling.
  • Create Mediterranean bruschetta by combining Kalamata Olives, Roasted Sweet Peppers and extra virgin olive oil. Serve on toasted bread.
  • Add sliced Kalamata Olives to steamed potatoes with light mayonnaise or a plain yogurt/mayonnaise blend.
