Creamy, aromatic and….good for you!
1 cup Greek Yogurt (full fat or 2% fat)
2 tablespoons Peloponnese Tahini
1–2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2–3 tablespoons of mixed, fresh herbs (we like mint & oregano, but you can use
whatever you like best).
Optional: 1 tablespoon finely sliced green onion or mixed black & white sesame seeds.
Mix all ingredients. Ideally, refrigerate for a few hours for flavors to develop. Great for dipping veggies or baked pita chips or spread onto sandwiches as an alternative to mayonnaise.
