Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

Blend together these simple ingredients for a fast and easy party favorite.

1 15-oz can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ teaspoon lemon juice
⅛ teaspoon salt
⅓ cup Peloponnese Flame Roasted Sweet Peppers
⅛ teaspoon pepper

In food processor bowl, combine all ingredients; process until smooth. Transfer to bowl; cover. Refrigerate 1 hour.

Serve hummus with pita wedges and cut-up fresh vegetables.
