Add layers of texture and flavor to your usual salad!
¼ cup Peloponnese Tahini
½–1 small clove of garlic, very finely minced
2–3 tablespoons lemon juice
1–2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
¼–½ cup of water
Optional additions to taste: toasted sesame seeds, black sesame seeds, chopped parsley,
or grated ginger
Mix the first 4 ingredients. Whisk in the water gradually to thin dressing to desired consistency. Stir in sesame seeds or herbs to taste. Note: the tahini mixture may seize up initially when the water is added. This will improve as more water is added – or use a small blender to mix the ingredients.
